VINIFICATION: Handpicking and stemming of grapes and maceration in
stainless steel vats at low temperatures to delay the start of
fermentation. The rosé must is bled at just the right moment to achieve
the desired colour and aromas. Controlled fermentation at between 13o
and 17oC to preserve its fruit aromas.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 12,5%VOL
TASTING NOTES: Bright, pale pink over a soft salmon-coloured base. The
sheen and liveliness of the wine reveals its slow, painstaking vinification
process, its youthfulness and communicates what the winery desires,
modernity and elegance, taking the grape from the vine to the bottle. Intense
floral aromas, discreet red-berry aromas such as raspberries, strawberries and
redcurrants. Smooth and long on the palate, elegant with good acidity and
excellent mineral nuances.
FOOD PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect to accompany hors d’oeuvres,
(charcuterie, cheese, canapés...) pasta dishes, blue fish. Also suitable for meat,
(curries) and casseroles because of its freshness.
Recommended temperature between 12 - 14oC.
